Similar to how we pay doctors for consultation and diagnosis before any procedures and practical steps are taken, we also charge the right price for our professional repairmen to honor their expertise, efforts, and time.

Site inspections are done so our team can personally assess the condition of the property. This way, we can execute repair and maintenance that are efficient in terms of time, effort, and budget.

If you prefer not to have a site inspection, the team offers alternative solutions like Zoom or call consultations. We also ask for photos and videos so we can diagnose and recommend solutions in the best way possible.

An annual maintenance contract is a comprehensive package that covers all possible property maintenance needs and is offered at a much lower price. The good deal gets better as clients who are on our year-round maintenance package enjoy the perks of 24/7 service availability, access to our mobile app, and so much more.

While all Big Elephant clients are our VIPs, clients who are on annual maintenance contracts are always prioritized especially during emergency calls.

The duration of the services varies depending on the service and the gravity of the property’s condition. However, our basic handyman and AC services usually last for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Because quality and excellence is a non-negotiable for Big Elephant, we only take on tasks that we can brilliantly and flawlessly deliver. Although this may mean turning down a few types of service requests, it ensures the confidence and satisfaction of our clients with our work.
